Curves denominated in collateral

A ZOrbit coin is a bonding curve whose quote asset is the collateral its founder chose: one tokenized defense stock, or a basket unit. Buys deposit that collateral into the curve and mint the coin; sells burn the coin and withdraw collateral. A basket unit is an ERC-20 minted 1:1 against a fixed proportion of two to six listed tokens, defined at creation as roughly one dollar of components. A router mints units from your components and buys in one transaction; selling burns them back. Holders can redeem units for components directly, at any time.

There are two venues. A single-stock coin on a token the PONS v2 factory has approved — today Lockheed, Boeing, SpaceX and Red Cat, checked live at launch — runs on PONS v2 and migrates to a Uniswap pool when its curve hits the threshold. Basket coins, and singles on any other listed token, run on ZOrbit's own curve contract and trade there for good; graduation on that venue means the raise target was hit and the founder's accrued 2% becomes claimable. Either way a founder pays for the launch in ZEC, with no wallet to connect, and buyers sign their own trades with their own wallets.

A raise is not a promise.
